Positive: Very clean, quiet location

Great potential Positive: Large house, good open plan style, good location and more aesthetic than an authentically comfortable home. There were a few maintenance and cleaning issues that when bought to the hosts attention, they were quick to want to rectify them however, we were not interested in having the house deep cleaned while we had paid good money to stay there for the week. Negative: The cleanliness of the bathrooms was very unsatisfactory with mold in the corners. Some of the slats on the bed had not been screwed in and came off leading to a very uncomfortable sleep. The lawns werent cut when we arrived and done during our stay. For a large 4 bedroom, high ceiling home there was only one air-conditioning pump that cannot service the entire home. It was 37° and the house was sweltering! They need fans or even a portable conditioning unit.
