Positive: Location was good House excellent Negative: Nothing

Sparkling new home Positive: The property was very new and immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms and a double garage was handy. It was close to a good range of shops. Negative: The need for a bond was not stipulated in the booking policy so came as a surprise and we are still waiting for its return despite leaving the property as found. As the property and area was so new, it's location did not come up on google maps. This combined with roadworks made it tricky to find. It appears this is a new accommodation and would benefit from a better stocked kitchen I.e. coffee mugs, tongs and utensils. This would bring the rating on this property up.

Positive: Very clean, as described. Comfortable and good location. Great park nearby for families Hosts were responsive and helpful Negative: Directions were tricky due to road works. More crockery woukd be good, eg. Coffee mugs, more than 4 plates/bowls etc.
